This article describes how to install BitDefender Antivirus 2008.

Detailed description:

Locate the setup file and double-click it. This will launch a wizard, which will guide you through the setup process.

You will have to follow the below steps to install BitDefender Antivirus 2008:

1. Click Next to continue or click Cancel if you want to quit installation.

2. Click Next.

Note: BitDefender Antivirus 2008 alerts you if you have other antivirus products installed on your computer. Click Remove to uninstall the corresponding product. If you want to continue without removing the detected products, click Next.

It is highly recommended that you uninstall any other antivirus products detected before installing BitDefender. Running two or more antivirus products at the same time on a computer usually renders the system unusable.

3. Please read the License Agreement, select I accept the terms in the License Agreement and click Next. If you do not agree with these terms click Cancel. The installation process will be abandoned and you will exit setup.

4. By default, BitDefender Antivirus 2008 will be installed in C:\Program Files\BitDefender\BitDefender 2008. If you want to change the installation path, click Browse and select the folder in which you would like BitDefender Total Security 2008 to be installed.

Click Next.

5. Select options regarding the installation process. Some of them will be selected by default:

Open readme file - to open the readme file at the end of the installation.

Place a shortcut on the desktop - to place a shortcut to BitDefender Total Security 2008 on your desktop at the end of the installation.
Eject CD when installation is complete - to have the CD ejected at the end of the installation; this option appears when you install the product from the CD.
Turn off Windows Firewall - to turn off Windows Firewall.
Turn off Windows Defender - to turn off Windows Defender; this option appears only on Windows Vista.
Click Install in order to begin the installation of the product.

During the installation process a wizard will appear. The wizard helps you register your BitDefender Antivirus 2008, create a BitDefender account and set BitDefender to perform important security tasks.

Complete the wizard-guided process in order to go to the next step.

6. Click Finish to complete the product installation. If you have accepted the default settings for the installation path, a new folder named BitDefender is created in Program Files and it contains the subfolder BitDefender 2008.

NOTE: You may be asked to restart your system so that the setup wizard can complete the installation process।

1. Masukkan lah CD Open Office yang Anda miliki ke dalam CD/DVD ROM.

2. Kemudian Masuk lah ke Explorer (Ctrl-E) dan Klik lah Icon CD/DVD ROM (liat sebelah kanan) setelah itu Klik Icon Setup.

3. Setelah itu Akan muncul tampilan seperti di bawah ini setelah mengklik Startup dan Proses Instalasi di Mulai. Pilih Next


4. Selanjutnya Instaler akan membawa Anda ke License Agreement di sini Anda pilih I accept the terms in the license agreement kemudian Next lagi.

5. Instaler Akan membawa anda untuk mengisi Custumer Information. Isikan Nama dan Organization (ga di isi juga gpp) dan Centang kotak Anyone who user this comperter (all user). Setelah itu Next.


6. Selanjut nya Anda akan memilih Paket Instalan pada Open Office yang akan di Instal. Pilih Complete atau Costom setelah itu Next.


7. Kemudian Installer akan membawa Anda kepada File Type. Untuk ini centang aja ketiga nya. Next lagi.
8. Proses Instalasi Akan Segera di Mulai. Klik Next

9. Kemudian Proses Instalasi di Mulai. Tunggu lah sekitar 5 menit. Setelah itu Next

10. Setelah proses ini sudah di lalui Anda sudah menyelesaikan proses instalasi Open Office. Klik Finish

11. Upz pRoses blum selesai. Langkah selanjut nya adalah melalukan proses Pembukaan Perdana untuk itu klik lah salah satu dari paket instalan yang kita instal tadi.

12. Pada iLustrasi ini Klik aja Next.


13. Kemudian kita memasuki Licence Agrement untuk itu baca lah/cukup dengan menurunkan nya ke bwah supaya tombol Accept bisa di Klik.

14. Pada Pengisian User Name isilah Nama Depan n Belakang Anda setelah itu Next.

15. Kemudia kita akan beranjak ke proses Registration. Pilih I Want to Register Now.

16. Proses instalasi pun seLesai. " Selamat Mencoba"
